Quick answers
Full FAQ →How long does shipping take?
Printed-to-order items usually take a few business days to make, then ship with tracking. Exact times show at checkout.
When do I get a digital download?
Right after checkout — the link is on the order page and in your confirmation email.
Can I return something?
Yes, for damaged or wrong items. Read the Refund & Returns policy for the details.
Do I need an account?
No. Guest checkout works; an account keeps your orders and downloads in one place.
Is this the same as Benz Bucks?
No. Benz Bucks is a play-money site. Benz Shop sells real products for real money.
